Print out 2 copies of the functionality checklist, once you have filled it out, while testing your device. Then send us a copy along with your device.
Mail your device to our repair center listed on the right.
Once we have received your device, we will confirm the device's functionality, and call you to let you know that we have received your device, and to confirm the cost for the repair.
Our technicians will repair the device. Then we will notify you that the repair has been completed, collect payment, and ship the device back to you free of charge.
